Cancellations:

Many people book their holidays well in advance. It is often difficult to replace a reservation at short notice and this does affect our business significantly. Therefore it is necessary for us to apply the following Cancellation Policy:

Visitors cancelling reservations more than 30 days before required dates will receive 80% refund of deposit

Visitors cancelling reservations more than 14 days before required dates will receive 50% refund of deposit

Visitors cancelling reservations within 7 days before required dates will not receive refund of deposit.
